Are you getting married this year?

CONGRATULATIONS! 💍

That's a huge milestone in your life! What could be better than capping one milestone with another? Buying a home to share with your new spouse is a great way to begin married life.

Here are a couple of details you should consider. Timing ⌚️ - Do you want to purchase and close on your new home before the wedding date or after? There are pros and cons to doing it either way. Price 💰 - How much do you want to spend a month on your new house? As a general rule I recommend no more than 30% of your monthly household income go toward housing. Finally, location 📍 - Do you want to live in the city or somewhere a bit more rural? Is it important to be close to work, family, church, or shopping?

Whatever you decide, I'm here to remove the stress of home buying so you can focus on the details of your big day! 👰 I'm the REALTOR® who will walk you through it step by step while making sure the process goes smoothly.
